It is also ideally suited for use as a sanitizer in food plants and other industrial applications. It is an excellent alternative for bleaching operations where the use of chlorine bleach is undesirable, as in areas with high iron content. It can be used safely on wools, silks and most synthetic fibres and will not cause a yellowing colour on white synthetic fibres and may be used on coloured fabrics.
